§ 13.12.310. TERMINATION OF MCCRRJPA.

Pursuant to the provisions of § 21.1 of the MCCRRJPA agreement of formation, the Town of Fairfax consents, as of the effective date of the ordinance codified in this chapter, to the termination of MCCRRJPA.
