§ 2.48.020. CIRCUMSTANCES REQUIRING DISQUALIFICATION.

- Any member of the Town Council or of a town board or commission and any town employee must disqualify himself or herself from making or participating in the making of any decision in which he or she has a reportable financial interest, when it is reasonably foreseeable that the interest may be materially affected by the decision. No such person shall be required to disqualify himself or herself with respect to any matter which could not be legally acted upon or decided without his or her participation.(Ord. 692, passed 7-23-2002)
